Anthony 'Tony' found his passion for financial planning at a large life insurance company over 30 years ago.

He began his first 25 years as a career agent with MetLife Insurance Company servicing clients with insurance and financial planning needs. He took on a mentoring role as the 'product solutions expert' amongst the young professionals who entered the insurance field. Throughout the years, he was recognized as a member of the Lifetime Platinum Conference Member within MetLife.

In 2016, life changed and Anthony co-founded LT Family Financial. His mission is to provide comprehensive, personalized advice for clients by offering a variety of plans and services.

His true passion is to leave clients with a feeling of trust, knowledge, and a sense of security. Tony and his wife, Laura, reside in Addison. He is a proud father of a son and 2 daughters. In his spare time, Tony enjoys time with his 2 dogs, sports, cooking, and making memories with his family and friends.

Stephanie Thompson, BFA

From a very young age, Stephanie was interested in the financial industry. She would often watch her grandfather as he read the latest stock market update in the paper and adjust his portfolios accordingly. This prompted Stephanie to explore more of what the financial industry had to offer.

Stephanie brings 14 years of knowledge and experience to her role as a financial planner with LT Family Financial. Her diverse background and training enable her to guide clients in pursuing their long-term financial goals through comprehensive, individualized financial planning.

Helping people, whether it's financial planning for retirement or college expenses, is Stephanie's true passion.

Currently, Stephanie is studying for her Chartered Special Needs Planning designation to further council families on planning techniques for loved ones with a disability.

Stephanie prides herself in understanding the clients' individual needs and what matters most to them. Stephanie also realizes that financial planning is not just achieving a number, its getting a client to fulfill their dreams.

Stephanie resides in Plainfield, IL with her husband, son, daughter, and 2 dogs. She enjoys spending quality time with her kids every chance she gets.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys gardening, cooking, and making memories with her family and friends
